• Redness and swelling that look like welts are not abnormal for a few hours to one day after the procedure are not abnormal.
• You may use ice immediately after the procedure to reduce the above response.
• Avoid direct sun exposure without sunblock which is SPF 30 or greater and don't attempt to tan at all for eight weeks.
